Recently my friend who is right into mushrooms and herbs was raving on suggested that I try a so called magical mushroom that he had been using for quite a while. It was called reishi or another name for it was Ganoderma. He said that the Ganoderma extract was quite potent and that I should see some positive results after using it for a while. So far the results of using the ganoderma lucidum have been great and I must admit that I am feeling a lot more energetic.
